Santa Barbara Zoo Event & Wedding Venue

“I recently got married at the Santa Barbara Zoo this past month. And Kinsey, and Marc truly made all our dreams and wishes come true. Myself and my husband book the venue 3 years ago, and at the time we had no idea a global pandemic would delay our plans. But Kinsey and Marc acted quickly to ensure that our dream wedding would still be possible. Kinsey is one of the hardest working people I have ever met, she will go over and beyond to make sure you and your loved ones are well taken care of. Kinsey kept excellent communication with me throughout the planning process and made sure I was aware of every single detail. On the day of my wedding she was there by my side throughout the whole day with the big smile on her face. She was quick to help me and y husband in anyway needed, and made sure we were fed as well. She made us feel at ease and moments walking down the aisle it brought me great courage to look at her and hear her say “you got this”, “you look stunning”. I give my most highest recommendation to the Rincon team for their customer service and delicious food. Thank you for making our day so special and a memorable one for all our family and friends. I will forever think back on this day and smile”

We wanted to drop you a note post-wedding to thank you immensely for absolutely everything you poured into making our wedding a hit last Saturday — not only for us but for all of our excited guests! We’ve been riding the high over the last few days as guests continue to text/call/email us about how incredible the wedding was, but also how seamlessly everything went.

We imagine that it’s often the couples who get to hear such high praises (as if they are the only ones who organized it!!), but not the important people like you and all of Rincon behind the scenes who actually kept the lights on - and the couples sane through the planning process (thank you CAROL for also helping us run our rehearsal on Friday!). You made it possible for us to kick back and enjoy our last months before becoming husband/wife, and made the entire day a sensational event that will be talked about for actual years to come. We ate at our own wedding (and yes, we do mean we served looks but we also ate the food — one of the biggest gripes that every married couple gave us about how they didn’t eat any of the food)!! You were a lifesaver; although we know that you juggle many many events at any given time, we wanted you to know that you made us feel like our wedding was the most important day of your life (as it was for us).

We wanted to thank you so much as it was a dream day for us and all of our loved ones - both the ones present and the ones we honored. Even with the bee swarm descending an hour before the ceremony, it looks like they wanted to tell us that we were “meant to bee”. All of our appreciation,”
